Who we are
This site is run for INVICTA FINANCIAL LIMITED, a Financial Advice Provider (FSP1003084). The pages on this site give general information only, not personal financial advice.
What we collect
When you complete the check we collect: your age, whether you smoke or vape, the answers you give about the life cover you want or already hold (such as the amount of cover, what you pay a month, how long you have had the policy and when it was last reviewed), and your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address. We never ask for medical records, bank details or an IRD number, and the check is not an application for insurance.
Why we collect it
Your answers are used to prepare your comparison and so an Invicta adviser can call you about your enquiry. Nothing else. Your adviser handles your information under their own privacy obligations as a licensed provider.
Phone verification
We verify your mobile number with a one-time text message code, delivered through Twilio, so the adviser knows the number works. The code is used once and is not marketing.
Where your details live
Leads are stored in a secure spreadsheet accessible only to the operator of this site and Invicta Financial, and a notification is sent to our private team channel so an adviser can respond quickly.
Access, correction and removal
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
